As you are aware, Section 156 of the Building Safety Act (BSA) 2022 is being commenced in October this year, except for subsection 4 (on competence of FRAs). We can now confirm that guidance has been published ahead of this to explain what RPs will need to do as a result of changes. You can find the guidance here:
