The IFSM summer technical and trade event was a success and we would like to thank all attending members for their continued support and for the fantastic stands that joined us. We were lucky again this year to have four great speakers.
The event was held at the Silverstone Racecourse. The day got off to a great start with a fascinating talk from Dr Steve Gwynne on modelling evacuations. This was followed by an excellent talk by Dr Paul Bryant who spoke on Holistic Fire Strategies. The next speaker was Sean Passant from Dehn. His presentation was based on preventing ignition from lightning. The last speaker was Chris Auger. He did a great job of keeping everyone going so late in the day with his presentation on BAFE SP205 and validation.
We would also like to thank all the speakers for providing knowledge packed talks and presentations and providing an exciting day to all our members.
