After leaving the Royal Air Force in 1997 I have held senior safety positions and have gone onto lead the H&S departments of both International and National hotel groups. These roles included fire safety management. I established my own company (JSM Safety Solutions Ltd) in 2015.

I am a Fire Safety and Health and Safety consultant with a strategic risk-based approach to Fire Safety and H&S disciplines. I have a thorough understanding of the commercial requirements of businesses and the need to practice a comprehensive approach to ensure not only that safety standards are maintained, and compliance achieved, but also the productivity of the business is not put at risk. I ensure cost benefits in Fire Safety and H&S compliance spending.

I have a proven track record at a senior level. I advise at Board level on a variety of Fire and H&S disciplines.
