I am currently the Director of Surveying and Auditor for Cardinus Risk management, responsible for a national team of surveyors, with both a BAFE Gold Standard 205 risk scheme and RICS accreditations. The Surveys undertaken are in Fire Risk Assessment, Occupational Health & Safety and Insurance Risk Management. Including Reinstatement Cost Analysis. I specialize in High Rise and High Risk residential property, Listed and Ancient Buildings. My work covers technical expertise in the property owners’ sector including specialty in remediation of buildings following a failed cladding survey, working with Property Managers and Stakeholders in the process of fire safety through the process of remediation of these buildings. I have extensive experience and interest in listed and historic buildings. With experience concentrating on consultancy in Fire Risk Assessment, Health and Safety and Risk Analysis in complex and historical buildings, including ecclesiastical, educational, institutional and all types of listed and architecturally complex property.
