I have knowledge, technical experience and application across the Buildings, Construction, Fire, Health & Safety and Quality Management sectors spanning over 25 years.  Over the past 2 years, I’ve worked on Building Safety cases, Fire Strategies and Fire Management plans. From 2020-2022, I worked at Origin Housing and was involved in the Grenfell recommendations and new Build Handovers, including pre-occupation fire Surveys, Reg 38 Audits and Defects, and was the Project leader for Type-4 FRAs on HRBs. Prior to Origin Housing, I served on several Councils as Project Manager/Asset Manager, notably Schools Site Agents/Caretakers (FM/ H&S) Manual, Underground Oil Leaks, the DDA Council Refurbishment Rollout (2006-2009), CDM 2015 Regs – & Facilities Management. I have an extensive background in QA systems -(ISO 45001-18001/9001 -1400 EMS Systems). I am easy-going and flexible, and I am a former member of the Armed Forces (Army & RAF ). I understand that people and relationships matter and that it is important to keep clients happy. Currently: FRACS Fire Risk Assessor (2015-2024, 2025- NSI Reg.), CertIOSH (2017), Fire Eng: Level 5 SJA Fire Eng Diploma (distance learning 2022-24) & IFSM FRA Validators Course (2025). I plan to upskill my CIOB and IOSH to Chartered status & achieve IFE (Member) status.
