Construction Safety Ltd are third party accredited to undertake fire risk assessments under the BAFE SP205-1 scheme, having been audited by the SSAIB.

I have been a Fire Risk Assessor for 9 years completing the Fire Manager Certificate and joining the IFSM in 2018. My background is Health and Safety, which I have been involved in for 17 years.
As a company, we undertake Fire Risk Assessments for a variety of clients including Local Housing Providers, Landlords, Building Management Companies, and individual clients.

• Warehouses/Commercial Premises
• Office Buildings
• Public Council Buildings

Our aim is to provide a concise and usable fire risk assessment which clients can understand, and action as required. A BAFE Certificate of Conformance is issued with all completed Fire Risk Assessments.

We are now able to provide Fire Door Inspections, these are accompanied by a full report and summary for each door assessed.
