With over 30 years' experience in the fire and safety sector, mostly as a local authority fire officer serving both operationally and as a fire safety enforcement officer. The last 10 years having worked commercially as a Fire Risk Assessor working on large individual premises to large campaigns involving multiple premises nationwide. Stephen also spent three years on detachment from the UK Fire & Rescue Service working at CERN (European Centre for Nuclear Research) in Geneva Switzerland and speaks French to a high standard. Stephen is happy to carry out fire risk assessments for life safety of any type of premises that fall under the RRO. Stephen is a Graduate member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (GIFireE), Member of the Institution of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM) and a Member of the Institution of Fire Prevention Officers (MIFPO). Qualifications in fire safety were obtained from the Fire Service College and occupational training. Stephen is pleased to have attained the standards required to be entered on to the Warrington Certification FRACS register of Fire Risk Assessors. Operating mainly in London and the South East but able to operate nationwide on contracts if required to do so. Working with clients Stephen ensures that the correct levels of fire safety provisions and management procedures are specified within what is as low as reasonably practicable relating to costs and safety.
